Description
We aren't looking for a "button-pusher" or someone who just sends templated LinkedIn blasts. We need a Talent Scout—a creative, strategic, and relentless hunter who thrives on the thrill of finding the "un-findable."
As our Strategic Talent Sourcer, you will be the engine behind our lead generation. You’ll partner with leadership to map out markets and build pipelines for everything from high-level Executive leadership to specialized Technical Engineering roles.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Targeted Headhunting: Move beyond basic keyword searches. You’ll use deep-web sourcing, social engineering, and creative outreach to engage passive talent who aren't even looking.
- Full-Spectrum Sourcing: One day you’re mapping the VP landscape for a niche business unit; the next, you’re diving into GitHub or Stack Overflow to find a backend engineer with a specific tech stack.
- Market Intelligence: Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers. You’ll provide data on talent density, salary benchmarks, and competitor movement.
- Tool Mastery: Maximize LinkedIn Recruiter, while effectively pivoting to alternative tools (e.g., Gem, SeekOut, HireEZ, or Boolean strings) to find hidden talent pools.
- Pipeline Architecture: Build "evergreen" pipelines for recurring roles to ensure we are never starting from zero when a req opens.
What You Bring to the Table
- The "Hunter" Mindset: You are naturally curious and don't stop until you’ve cracked the code on a difficult search.
- Strategic Versatility: You can pivot your "pitch" and persona seamlessly between a C-suite executive and a Senior Software Architect.
- Boolean Wizardry: You can write complex search strings in your sleep and know how to bypass the "noise" of standard search results.
- Data-Driven: You track your conversion rates (reach out vs. response vs. screen) to constantly refine your approach.
- Emotional Intelligence: You understand that sourcing is about building relationships, not just filling a database.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of dedicated sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (agency or high-growth tech experience preferred).
- Tech Stack: Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Track Record: Proven success in "hard-to-fill" technical roles and high-stakes executive searches.
- Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create "thumb-stopping" content for candidate outreach.
