We are looking for a strategic and driven Product Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Israel. This role will focus on ensuring operational excellence in the delivery of data-driven solutions, while supporting scalable processes that connect product, data, and client needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality, streamline workflows, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our platform and operations.

• Support the creation and delivery of data-driven solutions for health, pharma, and wellness clients.
• Translate client needs into structured and actionable outputs.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive workflow improvements and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to process documentation and development of best practices.
• Assist in identifying and implementing automation opportunities to scale operations.

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, product operations, data analysis, or campaign management (healthcare/marketing/tech background a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex problems into clear, actionable outputs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Strong communication skills — able to explain technical work in simple, clear language.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT prompt writing) is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills, eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
