What You Will Do

Lead the Product function and drive the overall product strategy, roadmap, and execution across Timo’s product portfolio.

Manage and mentor Product Managers, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric, and data-driven product culture.

Partner with senior leadership to define product vision, priorities, and long-term strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Oversee product planning and prioritization across multiple product domains, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize business impact.

Drive the successful delivery of key product initiatives, balancing customer needs, business goals, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints.

Leverage customer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and data to identify growth opportunities and shape product direction.

Establish product performance metrics and ensure teams are accountable for delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.

Collaborate closely with Technology, Growth, Data, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Experience teams to drive cross-functional alignment and execution.

Champion product management best practices, processes, and ways of working to improve product quality, speed, and scalability.

Act as the key product leader and escalation point for major product decisions, risks, and trade-offs.
What We Are Looking For

8+ years of Product Management experience, including experience leading Product Managers and complex product organizations.

Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering products that drive significant customer and business impact.

Strong leadership experience with the ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing product teams.

Deep understanding of digital products, customer experience, product discovery, and Agile product development.

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product investments to business outcomes.

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Experience in fintech, digital banking, financial services, or technology companies is highly preferred.

Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
