What You Will Do

  • Lead the Product function and drive the overall product strategy, roadmap, and execution across Timo’s product portfolio.

  • Manage and mentor Product Managers, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric, and data-driven product culture.

  • Partner with senior leadership to define product vision, priorities, and long-term strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.

  • Oversee product planning and prioritization across multiple product domains, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize business impact.

  • Drive the successful delivery of key product initiatives, balancing customer needs, business goals, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints.

  • Leverage customer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and data to identify growth opportunities and shape product direction.

  • Establish product performance metrics and ensure teams are accountable for delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with Technology, Growth, Data, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Experience teams to drive cross-functional alignment and execution.

  • Champion product management best practices, processes, and ways of working to improve product quality, speed, and scalability.

  • Act as the key product leader and escalation point for major product decisions, risks, and trade-offs.

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, including experience leading Product Managers and complex product organizations.

  • Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering products that drive significant customer and business impact.

  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing product teams.

  • Deep understanding of digital products, customer experience, product discovery, and Agile product development.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product investments to business outcomes.

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in fintech, digital banking, financial services, or technology companies is highly preferred.

  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
