Technical Account Manager (for Medical Device Manufacturers)
Sternum
Description
About Sternum
Sternum is on a mission to make every “limited” device autonomous and smart. We are building the infrastructure of every smart device around us, from medical devices to roads to railway systems. We do that by breaking the boundaries of possibility within the realm of embedded/IoT edge device limits and bringing self-protection and instrumentation-based data visibility and analytics to any device, from any sector, at any stage of the product life cycle.
Building a product that enterprises and security leaders NEED and developers LOVE is what makes working at Sternum a unique mission that is shaping our future connected world.
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will work closely with our customers—are manufacturers of connected medical devices—on several levels: build technical relationships with them, help them maximize the value and ROI of Sternum, collaborate on custom use cases oriented to unique business issues of the customer, and troubleshoot problems, either individually or in concert with Sternum R&D. As an individual, you will be the go-to person for questions, able to resolve them hands on. You will be a source of expertise and not just a conduit. As a trusted advisor, you will inform and train clients in using the product with the goal of enhancing ROI and extending the product’s reach into different disciplines via unique use cases. The TAM will also be the eyes and ears of the company, helping to advise Sales on the customers’ organizational structure and its dynamics, risks of non-renewal or competitive threats, opportunities for additional sales, new product needs, and product gaps.
