About Job
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Visual Designer to help build the StashAway brand and drive customer acquisition across regional markets.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong visual craft, good conceptual thinking, and the ability to turn marketing and product briefs into clear, engaging creative. StashAway works cross-functionally. You’ll partner with marketers, copywriters, product teams, and fellow designers to deliver polished work, often within tight timelines.
What you'll work on

Acquisition campaigns
Digital and performance marketing creatives across paid social, CRM, landing pages, and other acquisition channels.

Brand campaigns
Regional and local campaigns that build awareness, trust, and consideration for StashAway.

CRM and lifecycle communications
Email, in-app, push, and other customer communication assets that make financial products easier to understand.

Illustration and scalable design systems
Illustrations, templates, and design assets that help us scale creative work across markets and touchpoints.
What you'll be responsible for
Design execution
Create polished, on-brand design work across campaign, acquisition, CRM, social, performance, event, and BAU marketing assets.
Turn marketing and product briefs into clear visual concepts that are easy to understand and strong enough to stand out.
Maintain strong standards of layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and visual consistency.
Project and stakeholder management
Manage multiple briefs and priorities, often within tight timelines.
Take briefs from marketing managers, clarify requirements early, flag blockers, manage feedback constructively, and meet agreed deadlines.
AI-powered creative workflow
Use AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Nano Banana, Magnific, Runway, Figma AI or similar tools to support creative development.
Experiment with AI to generate visual explorations, moodboards, references, image directions, illustration routes, video clips, and asset variations.

Apply AI thoughtfully to scale creative work across markets, formats, and channels without compromising brand consistency.
Who are we looking for
4 to 6 years of visual design experience.
Past experience creating digital, social, CRM, performance marketing, and brand campaign assets.
Strong sense of layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
Ability to create polished, mobile-first creative across formats and channels.
High proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Willingness and curiosity to explore AI-powered creative workflows, and use them to improve speed, quality, and scale.
Experience in fintech, financial services, B2C digital products, or a startup / high-growth company is a plus.
