About Job

We are looking for a reliable and organized Talent Acquisition & HR Office Coordinator to manage our Thailand office operations and own local recruitment efforts. This role will lead hiring activities in Thailand in alignment with the Talent Acquisition Lead in Malaysia, while also overseeing office operations and supporting employee events. This role reports to the Thailand Country Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for all roles in Thailand, in alignment with the Talent Acquisition Lead in Malaysia

  • Assist with recruitment coordination and early talent outreach where needed

  • Conduct initial candidate screening to assess initial cultural and capability fit as well as required qualifications for the role

  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication throughout the hiring process

  • Support hiring managers and the group Talent Acquisition team in ensuring we hire candidates who possess the required qualifications and expertise for each position

On-going staff and licensing oversight

  • Monitors and ensure SATH employees are qualified and fit for the roles, as well as have and continue to maintain the required professional licensing and qualifications pertaining to their assigned roles

  • Work closely with compliance team to ensure staffs are aware and are adhering to company’s policies and guidelines as required

Office Management

  • Manage office vendors, supplies, and general workplace operations, including supporting any coordination among external parties, vendors, and StashAway Group, if needed.

  • Facilitate day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth office functioning

Employee Engagement & Events

  • Lead and support initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace experience, such as organizing employee events, celebrations, and engagement activities

  • Plan and implement internal company events ranging from large company events (e.g. bi-annual off-site events) and small, more frequent events (e.g. birthdays and work anniversary celebrations)

  • Facilitates communication and coordination between Thailand and People & Culture team when needed

Who are you

  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a keen interest in HR operations, office management, and employee engagement/events

  • Strong organizational, teamwork, and coordination skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of local recruitment and office operations, while collaborating with regional teams

  • Strong communication skills in English, with confidence in working with stakeholders across market.

Accountability of the role

  • Able to own E2E the hiring processes for Thailand.

  • Accountable for ensuring staff licensing requirements are met.

  • Help out with office administration and operations
