Job Title: UI / UX Designer

Location: India - 100% remote + work from Australia with founders for first three months

Salary: INR 6 Lac to 8 Lac pa + ESOP + Benefits + Long term migration to Australia

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and versatile UI / UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a master in design, with a focus on creating exceptional user experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for designing our landing pages, social media assets, and product interfaces. You will work closely with our Head of Marketing and Chief Product Officer to drive the visual identity and user experience of saasguru

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize landing pages to create an engaging and user-friendly experience.
• Create visually appealing and effective social media graphics and assets.
• Design intuitive and user-centric product interfaces that enhance the learner's experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and goals.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the implementation of high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct ongoing testing and analysis to measure the effectiveness of design elements.
• Continuously improve the design elements seen by our learners across landing pages, social media, and our learning platform.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in design software - Figma
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Ability to create visually stunning and user-friendly designs.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.
