We are looking for a Technical Project Manager

Target total compensation of $200,000, including a fixed annual salary of $291,000 (with superannuation for AU roles), an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) oversees 2-3 engineering squads, each focusing on a specific area within the mParticle product. TPMs play a key role in fostering collaboration and efficiency across teams and individuals by facilitating all scrum ceremonies, enhancing processes, and ensuring the adoption of agile best practices. Their efforts contribute to the successful execution of both product and engineering projects. The TPM also serves as a point of escalation, helping to address any risks or blockers that may arise during project milestones. Proactive and forward-thinking, the TPM consistently seeks opportunities for continuous improvement within their teams and across the organization.

About the role:

• Ensure the team's work is well-planned or managed reactively as needed, prioritizing roadmap goals and on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities to enhance team productivity, promote process adherence, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Maintain strong communication, facilitate trade-off discussions, and keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, optimize team capacity, and work across disciplines to ensure smooth product releases.
• Handle escalated concerns, collaborate with leadership, and drive appropriate next steps for resolution.
