We are looking for a Treasury Operations Manager
Compensation: $182,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.
Rokt’s Treasury Operations Manager will have direct responsibility for all treasury and banking processes, including managing day-to-day banking operations and relationships, managing a significant investment portfolio, developing a robust cash forecasting process, and preparing analysis and reporting for executive management and the Board. The person is responsible for identifying and mitigating financial risks, driving automation and process improvement, implementing appropriate controls for a public company, and ensuring compliance with the Rokt Investment Policy. The person will work collaboratively with other stakeholders, including Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Tax, and external institutions. This role requires treasury and banking operations experience in a multi-national company, analytical and systems skills, strong process orientation, business acumen, and adaptability to support Rokt’s rapid global growth and evolving Treasury needs.
About the role:
- Maintain great relationships with each bank and financial institution.
- Oversee the Company’s cash position in each jurisdiction to ensure sufficient funding to meet operational needs and investment of excess funds.
- Development of a robust cash forecasting process.
- Monthly and quarterly reporting of cashflows, investments, interest rates, FX exposure, and other ad hoc reporting requests.
- Identification and implementation of process and system improvements to drive efficiency, automation, and process optimization.
- Develop, document, and implement policies, standard operating procedures, and guidelines to ensure auditability and compliance with the Rokt Investment Policy, accounting standards and internal control requirements.
- Assist with the internal and external audit process, as applicable.
- Manage Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees across the Company’s portfolio of subsidiaries.
- Lead process to manage and respond to KYC requests from financial institutions and the Company’s business partners.
