About the role

As we prepare for IPO, we recognize the critical importance of attracting and retaining top talent to fuel our growth. The Director of Total Rewards will play a key role in this endeavor, overseeing the strategic execution of our comprehensive total rewards program globally. This senior individual contributor will take the lead in managing total compensation, benefits, HRIS/HR systems, and the regular refinement of our career ladder.

Responsibilities

  • Total Compensation
    • Manage and execute our comprehensive total compensation strategy in line with our business objectives and culture.
    • Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitive positioning of total compensation packages, including base salary, variable pay, equity, and benefits.
    • Liaise closely with legal and finance teams on equity plans, including annual refreshes, promotions, and new grants
    • Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and hiring managers on compensation matters, including offer negotiations, salary benchmarking, and equity grant strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze compensation trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Benefits Administration
    • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of the company's benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other employee perks.
    • Oversee relationships with benefits vendors, including health insurance providers, retirement plan administrators, and wellness program partners, to ensure delivery of high-quality benefits offerings and services that meet the needs of employees while controlling costs and maintaining compliance.
    • Take ownership of open enrollment periods for benefits, including planning, coordination, and communication efforts to ensure a smooth and successful enrollment process for employees
  • HRIS/HR Systems Management
    • Take ownership in the oversight and optimization of the HRIS and other HR systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with the external vendors and internal teams to identify and implement system enhancements, upgrades, and new modules that align with the evolving needs of the organization.
    • Lead data management efforts, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security within the HRIS, and coordinate regular audits to maintain compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Career Ladder Development
    • Take ownership of the quarterly update process for the company's career ladder, collaborating with HR and department heads to align job roles with market trends and internal growth opportunities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for refining career paths and leveling criteria to support employee development and progression.
  • Communication and Education
    • Develop effective communication strategies to educate employees on total rewards offerings, ensuring awareness and understanding.
    • Conduct regular workshops and training sessions to empower managers to effectively communicate and leverage total rewards offerings for employee engagement.
