As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Leading efforts to optimize the sales process by analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance sales team productivity.
Overseeing the management and administration of sales systems and tools, including CRM software, sales analytics platforms, and other technology solutions, to ensure optimal utilization and effectiveness in supporting sales operations.
Analyzing sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress against targets, identify trends, and provide insights to Sales Management for decision-making and strategy development.
Supporting sales forecasting and planning processes by providing data-driven analysis, generating forecast reports, and collaborating with Sales Management to develop sales targets and quotas aligned with organizational objectives.
Managing the sales compensation program, including designing, implementing, and administering sales commission plans, ensuring accuracy and fairness in commission calculations, and providing guidance and support to Sales Management and sales teams on commission-related matters.
Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments, such as Marketing, Finance, and Product Management, to ensure alignment of sales operations initiatives with broader organizational goals and objectives, and to drive coordinated efforts to support sales growth and success.
We're looking for someone who:
Proven experience in sales operations roles, with a strong understanding of sales processes, systems, and best practices, and a track record of driving operational excellence and efficiency improvements.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, extract insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to support sales strategy and decision-making.
Proficiency in sales technology and CRM systems, such as Salesforce or similar platforms, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools, to manage and analyze sales data effectively.
