We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Group Talent Acquisition team in Vietnam. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and working closely with the Country HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier hiring experiences across all business units - Sales, Corporate, and Product & Technology.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about building partnerships with hiring managers to deliver efficient, quality, and candidate-centric recruitment services. You will also take ownership of project-based and mass recruitment campaigns, supporting our evolving business needs.
As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Collaborating with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for various roles.
Identifying and engaging high-potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
Continuously improving recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Building strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide expert advice.
Using recruitment data and metrics to drive decisions and provide insights on recruitment performance.
Executing in-market employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice.
We're looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in both sales and non-sales recruitment in a matrix talent acquisition model, partnering successfully with HRBP and hiring manager stakeholders
Proven experience in project-based and high-volume hiring with strong delivery results.
Solid understanding of recruitment strategies, talent market trends, and best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies and build forward talent pipelines
Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and a CV that demonstrates recruitment success metrics.
Experience leading or supporting employer branding initiatives across platforms to attract and engage diverse talent.
