Scope of works

• Generate information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive prototypes or any methods you believe will help you understand user experiences and communication better.

• Rapidly ideate and produce multiple concepts anchored in user insights and data.

• Conceptualize, visualize, and design our product, working in highly collaborative and agile teams.

• Influence product specifications and execute design work with a high level of polish.

• Know how to present your work and articulate design rationale to stakeholders effectively.

• Validate and substantiate your work by partnering with user researchers, and advocate for user-centered design.

• Contribute to PropertyGuru’s design system - HIVE, to create a simplified and unified user flow across all countries.

• Collaborate with other stakeholders to contribute to the product, and provide actionable feedback actively.

• Assist in conducting cross-functional product workshops to facilitate discovery, product scoping, and delivery planning.
  

Basic qualification

• Typically 2 - 4 years of experience designing and launching a diverse range of digital products (apps, websites, and software) across platforms (mobile, tablet, desktop), ideally for large audiences, and a portfolio of impressive work.

• Good knowledge of human-centered design principles.

• Your work is crisp and thorough — very few pixel artifacts, misalignments, or issues with Gestalt principles.

• Owns multiple components or is leading design for medium to large-sized projects.

• You deeply understand the current tooling industry and landscape, rarely missing a beat on how your projects would fit into existing customer workflows.

• Strong communication skills, both in team collaboration and written documentation.

• Expertise in core design and prototyping tools with an interest in exploring new tools and processes.

• Your work has started reflecting the company’s values.

• Be able to communicate and document in English.

• Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of technologies such as HTML/CSS, iOS, Android, etc.

• Regularly shares design iterations — sets an example for “open design”
