MY Marketing Manager, Monetisation

Overview

As the Marketing Manager (Agent Monetisation), you will play a pivotal role in driving business revenue through strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives. You have a keen analytical mindset, adept at extracting insights from both qualitative and quantitative data, and you're not afraid to question inconsistencies between the two. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Connect and collaborate with key business stakeholders to identify, evaluate and manage monetisation opportunities that ties in with overall business objectives for these lines of business:
    • Subscription Renewal and Renewal Upgrade
    • Subscription New Sign Up
    • Subscription Early Upgrades
    • Discretionary Products Sales and Consumption
  • Leverage analytical data to uncover sales and market trends, guiding the development of targeted offers and activities for agent customers.
  • Own and develop plans to drive product awareness, adoption, re-purchase and grow the business through, but not limited to:
    • Ideating and executing new product go-to-market plans to effectively reach target audience and achieve business objective
    • Developing compelling product value proposition, key messages and user case studies, substantiated with researched data findings to create multi-channel sales and marketing collaterals
      • Comprises of sales pitch guide, product brochure, sales deck etc
    • Developing e-commerce styled monetisation activities and executing multi-channel monetisation programmes
      • Including gamification, product bundling, time-limited sales promotion, upsell, cross-sell and renewal campaigns, etc
    • Leveraging on analytical data and make recommendations to increase sales, discretionary consumption and renewals of our agent partners
    • Collaborating with Lifecycle Marketing Team to plan and produce activity/event-triggered customer lifecycle touchpoints and communications
    • Using analytical data to measure, track, and refine content and communication channels to improve effectiveness, and post-mortem reports and analysis for future learning
  • Partner and collaborate with Engagement team to develop a Rewards Programme to offer our agent partners more value, in turn improving NPS and increasing revenue per dollar spend
    • Ideating and executing new benefits, privileges, go-to-market plans to reach target audience effectively, including development of supporting marketing materials
    • Working with Lifecycle Marketing Team to drive upgrades in reward tier and prevent downgrades
  • Partner with Marketing Operations / Sales Operations / Product Engineers to ensure timely delivery of monetisation campaigns in SalesForce or related platforms, and provide weekly reporting of campaign performance.
  • Forecast and manage related marketing budgets and expenses
  • Oversee and execute operational tasks, but not limited to, including setting up campaigns in Salesforce, fulfilling campaign offers, planning and delivering marketing materials and communications related to monetization, coordinating with stakeholders to secure approvals and agreements, and etc. (Involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders)
  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager/ Department Head in other projects / tasks when required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of working experience in a commercial environment, preferably in e-Commerce
  • Have experience working alongside Sales and Product teams, in a tech and B2C context
  • Proven track record in driving business results through marketing (leads and sales revenue generation preferred)
  • Well versed in digital marketing methodologies, strong background in marketing communications and project management
  • Experience developing or managing a rewards programme is ideal
  • Product marketing experience is a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
  • Passion and experience in writing and creating content for marketing materials, with a strong sense of aesthetics
  • Strong analytical skills, with interest in data analytics and is meticulous over details
  • Quick thinker, creative and great storyteller
  • Competent in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in WIX, WordPress, Braze, SalesForce or Social Media is a bonus

QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Marketing or Business
