As a Guru you will be accountable for:

  • Collaborating with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies aimed at optimizing customer engagement and retention across PropertyGuru’s platforms.

  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to drive user activation, retention, and loyalty.

  • Supporting the setup and management of automated email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking.

  • Conducting regular analysis of campaign performance and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap).

  • Assisting in the coordination of A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness and customer lifecycle metrics.

  • Contributing to the creation of content and assets for lifecycle marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, content, and analytics to ensure cohesive execution of lifecycle marketing strategies.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in a consumer tech or internet company.

  • Demonstrates familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Possesses basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and assist in translating insights into actionable strategies.

  • Is detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
