JD GROWTH MARKETING SPECIALIST

Role Overview
As a vital member of the Paid Growth team, you will harness consumer data, technology, and paid media expertise to enhance PrropertyGuru Vietnam's business & marketing objectives.
What will you do?
a. Mobile app performance:
- Analyze and conduct paid performance plan to boost app performance (app install);
- Support in developing, collaborating and executing engagement and retention strategies;
b. Performance campaign management:
- Manage and optimize paid ads campaign on multi channels to achieve our campaign/ business objective;
- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Trade, Sales, ProdTech,..) to identify key needs and translate them into suitable digital campaigns;
c. Data-driven decisions: Assist in auditing website and app traffic to deliver the suitable growth campaign via paid channels;
d. Experimentation & Innovation: Conduct experiments, perform A/B Tests in new channels, new initiative;
e. Team collaboration: Collaborate with SEO Team, Brand Team, Product Team, etc. to get insight and identify growth initiatives;
What should you have? Must have
- At least 2-3 years in Performance Marketing, with a focus on mobile app performance;
- Have experience in marketing data analysis and user experience analysis;
- Ability to use analyze & tracking tools: Google Analytics, Looker, Google Tag Manager, Appsflyer/ Adjust, SimilarWeb, etc.
- Have experience in delivering multi-channel campaigns and working with diverse stakeholder network;
- Ability to collaborate with Data & Product Team to set up the tracking flow for boosting app performance;
- Have experience in product-to-consumer tools such as Productsup is a plus;
- Have experience in customer engagement platform like Br Braze is a plus;
- Good English written and verbal communication is a plus.
