Objective:
Serve as a lead subject matter expert and trusted advisor, building the understanding and trust that influence homebuyers to make confident decisions. Drive and elevate the channel's content quality, strategic direction, and team capabilities to solidify Think of Living's position as the industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content & Analytical Excellence
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex or high-stakes real estate projects, delivering insights that connect property details with broader market trends.
- Develop and articulate compelling, credible key messages and narratives that influence audience decision-making, for strategic content pieces.
- Create and present highly engaging, creative, and authoritative content across all digital platforms (Website, Social Media).
- Share deep-dive analysis and strategic insights with internal teams to inform business decisions.
2. Strategic Leadership & Channel Growth
- Lead the development and implementation of new content strategies and video programming initiatives that align with market trends and business goals.
- Analyze content performance data to identify opportunities, drive strategic adjustments, and report on content effectiveness.
- Identify emerging real estate trends and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations to shape the channel's future direction.
3. Team Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing
- Act as a primary mentor and coach for KOLs, guiding them in research, analysis, scriptwriting, and on-camera presentation skills.
- Provide constructive, actionable feedback to elevate the overall quality and consistency of the team's output.
- Champion a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and the broader organization.
4. Quality Assurance & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Define, uphold, and elevate the quality standards for all content, reviewing pre-production and post-production materials to ensure excellence.
- Serve as a key liaison, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Analyst team, Sales, Production) to support strategic initiatives and enhance presentation quality.
- Professionally manage and respond to complex or sensitive audience questions and feedback, acting as a key representative of the brand.
Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, MBA, MRE, BBA, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in real estate analysis, content creation, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market, digital marketing principles, and content strategies.

- Exceptional storytelling, creative communication, and on-camera presentation abilities.
- Strong ability to communicate in a way that builds understanding and trust in the information presented (Persuasion & Influence), influencing audience decision-making through credible, data-backed reasoning.
- Excellent ability to conceptualize and create a wide range of interesting and impactful content.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to meet dynamic deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
