As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Providing business partnership and mentorship to the relevant business units/functions people managers to impact motivation, development, and retention of talent.
Actively collaborate across peer groups – specifically, individuals within recruiting, training & development, and finance to optimize the acquisition, integration, and development of PropertyGuru talent and achieve company goals.
Promote employee experience and actively integrate our overall wellness and talent management programs (proactively coaching employees on career and development opportunities).
Supporting key talent initiatives across business units such as leadership development, talent reviews, succession planning, organizational strategy and design, & competency development.
Providing HR generalist and advisory services to the Business Unit, ensuring a consistent and integrated approach to HR activities and solutions.
Being a company culture champion, implement cultural initiatives and ensure that who we are and whom we aspire to be is aligned between people and business.
We're looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in HR business partnership roles in previous organizations especially in the Technology industry.
A good understanding of the many disciplines within HR, including but not limited to: diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management & employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
