JOB DESCRIPTION
The Social Specialist at Batdongsan.com.vn is not a brief-execution role. You serve as the architect who builds and operates the brand’s entire social media ecosystem, spanning Owned Fanpage Development, Content Delivery, and Social Outreach.
We are looking for a partner who can independently propose plans, own content strategy, and leverage AI Tools to achieve breakthroughs in both speed and quality. Here, you stand on the shoulders of a giant, delivering free knowledge and expertise to millions of Vietnamese, helping them navigate their property journey with confidence: whether renting, buying, selling, or investing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CORE (BAU)
1. Owned Social Fanpage Development: Build Strong Brand Community
- Omni-channel Development: Plan and execute a development strategy for the Brand Community across all owned Social Fanpages of Batdongsan.com.vn.
- Community Growth: Build and grow a genuine user community. The goal is not just Views but quality engagement, brand affinity, and User Base growth.
- Collaborator Management: Directly recruit, train, and manage Content Collaborators while coordinating with relevant internal teams to deliver work on schedule. Ensure quality control and on-time delivery of all outputs.
- Sentiment Management: Monitor and selectively respond to community conversations. Establish Community Guidelines and an Escalation Protocol for handling sensitive communications.
- Insight Mining: Identify and synthesize community signals (trending topics, pain points, sentiment) to propose content improvements or product feature recommendations to the Product/Marketing teams.
2. Content Delivery: The Data-to-Content Translator
- Strategic Planning: Independently propose the Annual Content Direction and Quarterly Social Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Creative Hub: Act as the creative nucleus; support ideation and content production for Brand campaigns, Performance Marketing campaigns, and major company events.
- Data Simplification: Transform complex market reports and market intelligence into social-friendly, accessible, and highly educational content tailored to each audience segment (Renter, First-time Buyer, Investor, Agent).
- Brand Voice Guard: Ensure all content adheres to the brand’s Voice, Tone, and Mood.
- Actionable Reporting: Build automated periodic reporting dashboards focused on Insights and Action Plans, not just raw metrics.
GROWTH & EXPLORATION
3. Social Outreach
- Social Initiatives: Research and pilot new social activities aimed at growing organic Brand Love and nurturing a long-term prospect pipeline.
- Explore new channels, formats, or content distribution partners beyond the current owned ecosystem.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of each initiative to decide whether to scale, pivot, or discontinue.
4. AI Explorer
- Proactively research, test, and propose new AI Tools across the entire workflow: from Ideation and Copywriting to Visual Production and Automated Reporting.
- Pilot New Formats: Experiment with AI-powered content formats (AI-generated video, interactive content) suited to real estate audience preferences.
- Knowledge Sharing: Build and share AI Workflows or Prompt Libraries to boost productivity across the Marketing team.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-have
- Experience: 2-4 years in a Social Media Specialist or Community Manager role. Must present a portfolio or case study demonstrating: (a) measurable results, (b) problem-solving approach, and (c) individual contribution to outcomes.
- Market Awareness: Strong knowledge, hands-on experience, or sharp insights into the Vietnam real estate market (buying, renting, and selling).
- Community Building: Proven experience building and growing a real community, not just managing a page. Case study must show what was done to improve engagement quality (beyond follower count) and how effectiveness was measured.
- AI-Driven Working Style: Proficient with AI tools in daily work. More importantly: a self-starter mindset to discover, test, and evaluate new tools for both workflow and content formats without waiting to be told.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think top-down from business objectives to execution plans. When asked “why this content direction,” able to answer with logic and data, not intuition or trends alone.
- Excellent Vietnamese writing: Versatile writing styles adapted to each platform and audience segment. No clichés, no copying tone from other brands.
- Data mindset: Able to read and interpret social. Uses data to justify content decisions and propose adjustments.
- Strong self-management skills and alignment with the following behavioral traits:

Good-to-have
- Previous experience with a classifieds platform.
- Ability to independently produce short-form video for TikTok or Reels.
- Has previously piloted or proposed an AI-powered workflow or content format in a prior role.
