ROLE OVERVIEW
Own monetization end-to-end — from strategy to execution — and drive real business impact.

You will be expected to think clearly, move fast, and challenge ideas to find better solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own monetization (pricing, packaging, consumption), covering both strategy and execution

  • Apply strong business judgment and segmentation thinking to identify where to focus and how to win

  • Prioritize the right problems and mobilize the right stakeholders to solve them

  • Focus deeply on high-impact opportunities and move quickly on lower-impact initiatives

  • Challenge ideas, including from manager, and push for better, more effective solutions

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Growth, or Business roles

  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or fast-paced tech environment

  • Strong business sense and understanding of revenue drivers

  • Ability to break down problems and prioritize effectively

  • Proven ability to execute and deliver outcomes, not just ideas

  • Comfortable working with data and using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate work

  • High ownership, proactive, and able to operate in ambiguity
