As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Proactively engaging with customers through various channels (phone, email, etc.) to provide assistance, address inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Investigating and resolving customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
Developing a comprehensive understanding of products or services offered, including features, benefits, and usage guidelines, to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
Soliciting feedback from customers on their experience with products or services, capturing insights and suggestions for improvement, and communicating feedback to relevant teams for action.
Developing educational materials, tutorials, or resources to help customers better understand and utilize products or services, promoting customer self-sufficiency and satisfaction.
We're looking for someone who:
Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with a proactive and empathetic approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
Exhibits strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyse issues, identify solutions, and implement corrective actions to resolve customer problems effectively.
Pays close attention to detail in all customer interactions and documentation, ensuring accuracy and precision in information provided and actions taken.
