As a Guru you will be accountable for:
- Managing and growing revenue from a select portfolio of top real-estate agencies through structured, outcome-linked commercial partnerships.
Manage a focused portfolio of top-tier agencies (e.g., large national and international firms)
Act as the primary commercial owner for agency partnerships from onboarding through scale
Drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion through outcome-linked commercial agreements
Work closely with senior agency stakeholders to align on objectives, priorities, and performance expectations
Monitor dashboards, reports, and invoicing data to identify discrepancies or leakage
Coordinate with Finance and Sales Support teams to resolve billing, credit usage, or reporting issues
Work with regional ProdTech and local engineering resources to resolve integration or delivery issues
Oversee agency-linked paid marketing budgets and specialized acquisition tactics
We're looking for someone who:
Demonstrated experience working closely with product, engineering, and data teams
Comfortable operating across sales, marketing, finance, and analytics interfaces
Strong commercial judgment with high ownership mindset
Product-literate: able to discuss APIs, integrations, CRM syncs, and delivery trade-offs credibly
Data-fluent and self-sufficient in performance analysis and reporting
Structured communicator who can align multiple internal teams without formal authority
Comfortable managing complex, high-stakes agency relationships
