As a Guru you will be accountable for:

• Own and scale Verified Listing (VL) and Professional Agent (PA)

• Drive adoption, behavior change, and build a repeatable Trust system for 2026+

• Build the Trust roadmap (quality score, incentives, new features).

• Create approach frameworks to shift agent behaviors.

• Partner with Product on Trust feature improvements.

• Work with GTM to deliver clear value propositions & adoption playbooks.

• Use data to derive insights, diagnose bottlenecks, and prioritize work.

• Analytical (comfortable with tables, deriving insights).
