What you’ll do:

- Own end-to-end revenue-driving promotion programs, from planning to execution, across different user types.

- Design and run A/B-tested campaigns targeting key segments (e.g. activation, retention, reactivation).

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Brand to ensure promotion mechanics align with business goals.

- Track performance (conversion, uplift, ROI) and extract actionable insights from data and user behavior.

- Support and guide junior team members; help build structured processes for campaign planning and reporting.

What you should have:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign planning, performance marketing, or monetization (e-commerce/tech preferred).

- Strong analytical mindset — able to ask the right questions, select the right metrics, and deliver impactful insights.

- Experience with lifecycle-based promotions and data-driven monetization planning.

- Excellent communication skills; structured thinker who works well cross-functionally.

- SQL proficiency is a plus.
