As a Guru you will be accountable for:

• Lead the definition, execution, and roll-out of features on various DataSense modules.
• Come up with solutions to complex problems, break down solutions into actionable steps.
• Learn from customer feedback, behavioral measurements, A/B tests, and other data sources to build better experiences and ensure we are building on the right things over time.
• Partner with functions, including data analysts, design, engineering, program management, and commercial teams to produce the best quality products & services as a team.
• Serve as a bridge between product, tech and non-technical teams to ensure a broad understanding of your product’s key business objectives
• Enable disciplined and proactive decisions regarding business investments
• Innovate and Roadmap - Develop and execute a differentiated product vision, strategy and roadmap with clearly articulated customer segments

We're looking for someone who:

• 3+ years crafting and delivering world-class products in a product management role
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics(A/B testing and experimentation, user testing, data analysis) to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
• Ability to prioritize requirements across conflicting priorities
• Good track record with engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners: people love to work with you!
• Bias-to-action, willing to do whatever it takes to get quality products and features to market on time
• Confident, structured and an incredibly passionate individual who can take ownership of tasks and work independently to ensure quality output and timely completion
• A hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, embracing the excitement of working with a young and rapidly growing company
• Experience as Data Analyst or BI Analyst a big plus.
