As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Collaborating with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies aimed at optimizing customer engagement and retention across PropertyGuru’s platforms.
Assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to drive user activation, retention, and loyalty.
Supporting the setup and management of automated email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking.
Conducting regular analysis of campaign performance and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap).
Assisting in the coordination of A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness and customer lifecycle metrics.
Contributing to the creation of content and assets for lifecycle marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, content, and analytics to ensure cohesive execution of lifecycle marketing strategies.
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in a consumer tech or internet company.
Demonstrates familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Possesses basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and assist in translating insights into actionable strategies.
Is detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
