As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and expand the company’s client base.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and aligning solutions to meet those needs.
Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics, informing strategic business decisions.
Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business objectives.
Creating compelling sales proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Generating regular sales reports and providing insights into sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
We're looking for someone who:
Demonstrates strong sales skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Shows strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales performance metrics.
Exhibits a customer-focused mindset, dedicated to understanding and meeting client needs.
Demonstrates adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Highly proactive and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
