As a Guru you will be accountable for:

• Project Leadership: Providing oversight for strategic projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Project Planning and Execution: Developing comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, and overseeing project execution to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements. Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues, proactively addressing them to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments, and external partners, to facilitate collaboration and drive project success.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implementing robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track project progress, performance, and outcomes, providing regular updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Driving continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and increase project delivery capabilities.
