As a Guru you will be accountable for:

• Plan and conduct cross-functional workshops with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to facilitate ideation, prioritization, and creation of UX-related artifacts, aiding in product scoping and delivery planning.

• Research Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of qualitative and quantitative research activities to gather insights into user needs and preferences.

• Design and specify user interfaces and information architecture using iterative design techniques, informed by observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of requirements discovery.

• Produce low-to-medium fidelity prototypes to test product and service ideas, as well as produce personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, and design specifications.

• Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually to stakeholders and team members.

We're looking for someone who:

• Strong knowledge of experience design processes and methodologies, particularly as applied to service design, digital products, and creative facilitation.

• Strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to function as a team leader as well as an individual contributor.

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision, etc.

• Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of technologies such as HTML, iOS, Android, etc., to ensure feasible design solutions.

• Knowledge of qualitative research methods such as user interviews or contextual inquiry, as well as quantitative analysis methods such as web analytics and A/B testing tools.
