Role Overview

Run daily settlement operations across multiple assets — covering top up, cashout, reconciliation, Jira Escalation handling, CDD and Edd Process, withdrawal process and reporting to regulators. The role requires strong attention to detail, discipline around daily timelines, and comfort working across multiple systems at once.

Key Responsibilities

• Process USD top up & cashout (Direct Deposit and OTC), and manual cashout

• Process and analysis crypto high risk transfer

• Handle gold withdrawal and report gold WD to regulator

• Perform monthly reconciliation

• Manage the GoAML Message Board, LTKM, and escalations from the regulator

• Handling Jira escalation from the Customer Experience

• Support onboarding: Institutional Account Opening, Partner EDD, and SID (KYC) remediation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Accounting, Management, or related field)

• 1–3 years of experience in operations/settlement/back office, ideally in fintech, banking, securities, or e-money

• Detail-oriented, resilient with high-volume repetitive processes, and disciplined with daily deadlines

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; quick to adapt to multiple internal tools/panels

• Comfortable handling cross-asset transactions (fiat, gold, crypto)

• Clear written communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

Nice to Have

• Experience in multi-currency reconciliation and settlement

• Familiarity with gold/commodity processes and KBI reporting

• Familiarity with crypto/blockchain basics

• Familiarity with Jira and operational escalation flows
