Role Overview

As Senior Growth , you will work directly with the Head of Growth to identify where the next growth opportunity sits across Pluang's entire marketing system — paid, organic, and CRM. This is an overarching strategy role: you analyse the full picture, build the frameworks, and produce the insights that channel teams execute against, working in close partnership with paid, CRM, and organic teams throughout.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyse performance continuously across paid, organic, and CRM channels to identify growth opportunities, data gaps, and dimensions the function is not yet measuring — translating findings into strategies and frameworks the team can act on.

• Build and own the framework for continuous growth discovery: a structured system for surfacing non-obvious signals, prioritising experiments, and compressing decision cycles by identifying high-confidence proxy metrics ahead of lagging indicators.

• Drive experiment velocity across the marketing function — designing the hypothesis framework, setting the measurement standard, and systematically scaling what works into repeatable playbooks.

• Architect the discipline around how marketing data flows into Pluang's AI intelligence system: ensuring all sources — Google Ads, AppsFlyer, SimilarWeb, App Store, and beyond — are correctly mapped and structured for AI-queryable analysis.

• Champion the AI transformation of the growth function — working with agentic workflows to build a marketing intelligence layer that surfaces the right context for every strategic decision.

• Deliver concise, decision-ready insight to senior leadership: clear findings, clear owners, clear next steps.

Job Requirements

• A background in management consulting, strategy, or a high-calibre analytical environment — with a demonstrated track record of structuring complex problems and converting them into measurable outcomes.

• A rigorous analytical mind: fluent in BigQuery and Tableau, able to interrogate large and imperfect datasets, surface non-obvious trends, and move from raw signal to strategic implication without losing precision.

• Deep understanding of marketing performance data — including AppsFlyer — and the ability to identify what is being measured, what is missing, and what would change decisions if it were found.

• A structured approach to experimentation: hypothesis formation, test design, confidence thresholds, and the discipline to distinguish signal from noise.

• Genuine intellectual engagement with AI — you understand that the quality of context determines the quality of output, and you are motivated to get the architecture right, not just the analysis.

• Bilingual — Bahasa Indonesia and English — to a high written and verbal standard.

• SQL proficiency is expected. Python is an advantage.
