General Administration Lead

Role overview:
We're looking for a hands-on General Affairs Lead to run day-to-day GA operations while also designing and improving how the function works at Pluang. This role will own everything from transaction monitoring and vendor management to employee experience and long-term process improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of implementing efficient systems to support the company’s dynamic growth.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal working conditions.
Oversee general administrative duties, including office inventory, maintenance schedules, document control, and filing systems.
Coordinate and liaise with external vendors and service providers for office-related needs (cleaning services, building management, security, logistics, etc.).
Manage company asset tracking, procurement, and allocation processes.
Lead office improvement initiatives, workplace health and safety protocols, and sustainability efforts.
Support event planning, internal gatherings, and corporate gifting initiatives.
Assist with budgeting and monitoring of general affairs-related expenditures.
Ensured compliance with government regulations related to matters of general affairs.
Collaborate with People Operations and other internal departments on cross-functional employee experience and workplace support projects.
Manage the GA budget and provide monthly spending updates, ensuring the budget is utilized efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
5-7 years of relevant experience in General Affairs or Office Management, preferably in a tech/start-up or financial services company.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience supervising support staff and managing vendors and facilities.
Comfortable with expense monitoring, budgeting, and cost control.
Strong communicator in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Proactive, organised, and solutions-oriented — able to balance operations and improvement work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic AI tool adoption is a must.
