We help thousands of businesses—from SMEs to large enterprises—streamline their invoicing processes, optimize cash flow, and unlock seamless business financing options (including our signature PaperCard). As we enter our next hyper-growth phase, we are looking for a dynamic, data-driven, and creative Marketing Lead to lead our marketing engine.

Are you a marketing chameleon who can shift seamlessly between creative storytelling and hard-core data analytics? If yes, you are exactly who we are looking for.
As our Marketing Lead, you will be the ultimate "all-rounder" growth engine for Paper.id. You will not only shape our brand narrative, market education, and identity (Branding & PR) but also get your hands dirty with metrics to drive user acquisition, activation, and feature adoption across our invoicing and payment ecosystem (Performance Marketing). You will own the full-funnel marketing strategy from awareness to revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth & Performance Marketing (The Data Side):
Design, execute, and optimize end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, SEO, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to acquire new businesses and merchants.
Own marketing budgets, track critical growth metrics ($CAC$, $LTV$, $ROAS$, $Conversion Rates$), and run relentless A/B testing to maximize marketing ROI.
Analyze user acquisition funnels and feature usage data (e.g., invoice creation, payment gateway adoption, PaperCard applications) to optimize activation and retention.
2. Brand Strategy & Market Education (The Creative Side):
Define and elevate Paper.id’s brand voice, making B2B invoicing and payments feel simple, modern, and essential for business owners.
Oversee content marketing, social media, community building, and PR initiatives to establish Paper.id as a thought leader in the Indonesian fintech and SaaS space.
Translate complex financial features (like business supply chain financing, pay-later options, and credit card payments) into compelling, easily understood marketing campaigns.
3. Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team (content creators, performance specialists, designers).
Align marketing strategies closely with the Product, Growth, and Sales teams to support overall business targets and active user growth.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership/team management role (preferably from Fintech, SaaS, E-commerce, or B2B tech industries).
The "All-Rounder" DNA: Proven track record of managing both brand-building campaigns and hard-core performance/growth marketing setups.
Data-Driven: Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics, CleverTap/Mixpanel (or similar product analytics), Google Ads Manager, and CRM tools.
Creative Communicator: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to turn dry financial tech topics into engaging narratives that small business owners to CFOs can relate to.
