Paper.id is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. As a results-driven leader with a proven track record of sales success, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans that deliver exceptional results. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, business development, and leadership, with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles.

As an Enterprise Sales Lead, you will work closely with our sales team, product development team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive business results. You will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure exceptional performance and results. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business results and ensure alignment.

Skills & Qualification

  • Proven track record of sales success, with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles, including strategic planning, team management, and customer relationship building.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and customer success teams.

  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform sales decisions and optimize sales performance, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics.

  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve exceptional results, including coaching, guidance, and support.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics, with the ability to develop and implement sales processes and procedures to optimize sales performance and improve efficiency.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects, including collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics.

  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, including stay up-to-date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
