Strategy & Operations Consultant
Neara
Neara started as an idea that was battle-tested by a small team, then grew into the game-changing platform it is today. We’re a venture-backed, Series C tech company who are changing the way the world thinks about electric utility and critical infrastructure digitisation.
Our product models critical infrastructure and helps electric utilities make informed decisions on how to best operate, maintain, manage and protect their assets as well as our communities. Our mission is to build exceptional enterprise technology and to change the world for the better.
We have made tremendous progress, thanks to our energetic team, who enjoys the challenge of solving some of the most complex problems the SaaS and utilities industries have to offer. We are motivated by our mission, having intellectual freedom and working in an environment where good vibes and hustle are abundant. This is where you come in…
Our Strategy & Operations team sits at the heart of the business, driving critical initiatives across product, sales, engineering, and operations. This team partners directly with the CEO and senior leadership to solve high-priority problems and support Neara’s global growth. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to gain firsthand experience in scaling a business, working across multiple regions and functional areas, with a fast track to senior operating roles.
