This role is integral to Lysto’s growth, focusing on generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base. You will work under the guidance of the Game Partnerships leadership team and collaborate closely with our Research Operations and Marketing team.

Key responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach (multi-channel).
- Collaborate with Game Partnership Managers to continuously generate new pipeline through account research, strategy, and outreach.
- Research and understand the needs of our clients, prospects, and customers, and effectively communicate Lysto’s value proposition.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through regular communication.
- Work directly with the leadership team on possible pipeline growth strategies.
- Actively participate in and add to team learning opportunities and your own personal development.

Qualifications:
Mandatory:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales development role with a track record of success. Preferably in the B2B SaaS or mobile gaming sectors
- You are self-motivated and driven by results. Comfortable to meet or exceed performance targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients via phone, email and video conferencing
- First experiences with CRM software (we use Hubspot) and ideally sales automation tools.
- You have (near) native spoken and written English skills. Any additional language is a plus.
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment and resourceful in the face of ambiguity
- You are a proactive team player who is always thinking on how to improve your work.
- Naturally curious, continuously learning and regular self reflection on opportunities to grow
Great to have:
- Experience with usability testing or user research
- Passion for video games and familiarity with the gaming industry
- Experience in the ad tech or game tech sector
