The key responsibilities include:- Develop and execute a business development strategy for the 'Playtest' & 'User Acquisition' business models focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Build a sales pipeline and ensure quarterly and yearly revenue goals are met.
- Identify potential business development opportunities with gaming companies from all over the world and conduct the entire sales process right from scoping, pitching, demo, pricing and negotiation to closing the deal by getting the contract signed.
- Collaborating with product & operations teams to understand Lysto's capabilities as well as sharing market feedback to influence & shape the way products are built.
- Generate pricing quotes and negotiate contracts, add-ons, and upsell / cross sell opportunities to win new clients and secure optimal commercial terms.
- Identify product/process gaps and proactively suggest solutions during customer interactions.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. by keeping the CRM tool up-to-date.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve the overall customer experience and increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support on pricing strategies in line with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Travel to industry conferences as well as client offices to meet relevant decision makers in person and to establish a positive rapport with them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer engagement, retention, or sales.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems).
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for understanding customer psychology and driving positive experiences.
- Decent knowledge in gaming - Web2 and Web3
