Skills & Qualification
Outbound Cold Calling: We're looking for someone who can crush high-volume calls, build rapport with potential customers, and close deals like a pro!
Strong Selling Abilities: You'll need to be able to articulate the value proposition of Kula's AI-powered ATS and demonstrate its impact on business outcomes - we're looking for someone who can sell ice to an Eskimo!
Cold E-mailing: Our ideal candidate can craft compelling email campaigns that drive responses and conversions - think of it as a art form, but with fewer canvas and more send buttons!
ABM (Account-Based Marketing): Experience with ABM strategies and tactics is a must - we're looking for someone who can identify and pursue high-value accounts like a pro!
Results-Driven Mindset: We need someone who is laser-focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and retention - it's all about delivering results and making a real impact!
Technology Savvy: Proficiency in using Hubspot, Apollo, and other technologies is essential - think of it as a superpower that will help you streamline sales processes and improve efficiency!
