The Process Improvement Executive supports Sales Promotion operations through data validation, dashboard/tracker development, and process improvement. Your work will help Area Sales Managers (ASM), Area Sales Leaders (ASL), and headquarters teams to monitor operational performance and drive execution.

Day to day, this means working hands-on with high-volume operational data—reviewing cases and ensuring operational information is accurate and actionable. As you build a deeper understanding of the business, you'll gradually take on more business analysis and process improvement initiatives.

About the job:

  • Review and validate discrepancy cases at volume (often 100+ per week),by conducting manual validation, confirming supporting information with relevant stakeholders when needed, and accurately classifying the root cause (e.g. Store ID mismatch, operational error, rule exception) based on established business rules.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards for team visibility (pivot tables, formulas, structured views for area sales managers to track performance).
  • Develop and maintain operational trackers that support day-to-day execution across the Sales Promotion organization. Understand the underlying business objective behind each request before designing a tracker, ensuring the solution is practical, scalable, and genuinely useful for end users rather than simply fulfilling the initial request.
  • Ensure operational trackers, dashboards, and reports remain accurate, complete, and up to date by proactively following up with stakeholders for required information and updates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross function teams to gather information, validate operational data, and support day-to-day business execution.
  • As you develop a deeper understanding of the business, you'll gradually take ownership of more complex initiatives, including:
    • Investigate recurring operational issues and identify potential root causes.
    • Recommend practical improvements to operational processes and trackers.
    • Improve existing workflows based on business needs and stakeholder feedback.

About you:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Operations, Process Improvement, or similar data-heavy operational role.
  • Strong working proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and comfortable with high-volume, detail-heavy data review.
  • Patient, consistent judgment when reviewing large volumes of individual cases — comfortable with repetitive work that requires care.
  • Able to turn a loosely defined request into a working tracker or dashboard with reasonable independence.
  • Clear communicator, comfortable following up with stakeholders to get what you need.
  • SQL & Excel.
