This role is responsible to support FT Agent on the ground in terms of administrative process. This role includes gathering all issues or insights from FT Agent reports, and forward it to related stakeholders, and making sure all the process on the ground is running well.
About The Job :
- Support pre and post Brand Principle performance report, monitor billing and payment status.
- Preparing, organizing and storing merchant information data & check the accuracy.
- Coordinate & communicate effectively with all stakeholders related.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Brand Partnership Team to ensure smooth sales processes and deal execution.
About You :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as Sales Administrator or Sales Support.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and commercial terms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
