Kredivo is looking for a driven and mature Territory Sales Manager to lead the execution in Kalimantan.
You will manage ASMs, ASLs, Field Trainers, Sales Executives, and Promoters across multiple cities — and play a critical role in shaping Kredivo’s growth in Kalimantan.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end GMV, New User Acquisition, conversion, and productivity for the Kalimantan.
- Develop city-level strategies and execution plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Lead and develop a multi-layer field team (ASM, ASL, FT, SE, Promoters) to ensure discipline and high performance.
- Conduct structured performance reviews, coaching, and capability building across layers.
- Maintain strong leadership presence through regular city visits and field immersion.
- Ensure execution discipline: attendance, productivity, mapping accuracy, and SOP compliance
- Build and strengthen relationships with merchants and key partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders for seamless on-ground execution.
- Diagnose performance issues and implement effective corrective action plans.
- Maintain team stability, develop talent pipelines, and foster a culture of accountability and ownership.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of field sales management experience (fintech experience is a strong plus).
- Minimum 2 years managing multi-city operations with a proven track record of improving underperforming areas.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and manage multi-layer teams.
- Proven capability to enforce discipline, performance standards, and address difficult behavior cases.
- Data literate: able to interpret dashboards, identify trends, and validate performance insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of ownership.
- Has relocated before or is comfortable with frequent travel across Kalimantan; preferably based in Banjarmasin or Balikpapan.
