Criteria

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Psychology, Management, or Subject related with Statistic and Research Method
• 3-5 years experience working as researcher (preferably ux researcher)
• Experience in conducting research for mobile apps, plus point for financial application
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and reliable research data collection and analysis
• Comfortable with reading a large data set
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation abilities
• Great Interpersonal and communication skill
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skill

Responsibility:

• Independently develop quantitative and qualitative exploratory/evaluative research document (research plan, questionnaire, discussion guide) and identify best practice for both established and developing research approaches
• Conduct in-depth primary research by employing various qualitative and quantitative research methods (survey, benchmark studies, user in depth interview, usability testing, and observational studies)
• Capability to design, plan, and conduct usability testing with end-users to evaluate design concepts, features, and product workflows, and validate hypotheses.
• Ability to comprehend and integrate complex technical and product requirements into research efforts
• Generate insights from both quantitative and qualitative data, complementing other research efforts in collaboration with product designers and stakeholders.
