We’re looking for an experienced CD passionate about UX and digital products. Your love for words, grammar, and exceptional attention to detail will help you impact how users worldwide experience Fiverr.

As a content designer, you’ll help shape a seamless, pleasant, and frictionless user experience through copy and design. You’ll work alongside product designers, UX researchers, product managers, category managers, PMMs, developers, and other roles, so collaboration will be key.

You must have a good understanding of product design and systems thinking. You’re not afraid to make design or product suggestions.

• Write clear, concise, consistent, and on-brand product copy
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, while constantly optimizing and implementing iterations
• Understand and utilize trends in content design, while adhering to (and hopefully contributing to) our content guidelines
• Partner with marketing, brand, and help center writers to ensure consistency everywhere

• 4+ years of experience in UX writing/content design at a cross-functional tech org
• Native English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
• B.A., preferably in communications, English, writing, or media studies
• A strong and diverse content design portfolio
• You’re curious and fiercely user-focused
• You’re not afraid to challenge others
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas and reasoning behind actions and choices
• Ability to navigate between multiple tasks and multiple stakeholders on different product teams (good at context switching)
• Expert ability to translate complex concepts into clear, articulate statements
• Experience in collaborating with designers
• Deep understanding of user experience and solving user pain points
• Familiarity with the product development lifecycle
• Experience working with Figma
• Sense of humor
• Deep understanding of product design (even if you can’t actually design yourself)
