We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.
We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.
Job description
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, execution, and delivery of our next-generation geospatial intelligence products. This role is central to transforming complex underground and engineering data into reliable, actionable outputs, and to building map-based SaaS tools that support planning, risk reduction, and project analysis in large infrastructure projects.
What You Will Do
Product Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data- and geospatial-driven products supporting infrastructure planning and decision-making.
- Translate high-level goals into clear PRDs, user stories, requirements, and success metrics.
- Align cross-functional teams around priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
Data Pipeline & Geospatial Productization
- Own the productization of the geospatial data pipeline—ingestion, normalization, enrichment, validation, and packaging.
- Establish and maintain data standards, schemas, metadata conventions, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with GIS, data engineering, and algorithms teams to continually improve accuracy, automation, and scalability.
Map-Based Workflows & Decision Support Tools
- Develop intuitive, map-centric workflows that help users understand underground conditions, identify constraints, and evaluate scenarios.
- Convert complex engineering and planning processes into simple, structured product capabilities and UX patterns.
Execution & SaaS Lifecycle Management
- Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, MVP definition, iterative development, release planning, and continuous improvement.
- Own backlog management, sprint prioritization, and trade-off decisions to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
- Partner with engineering and design to maintain delivery velocity and product quality.
Quality, Validation & Deliverables
- Ensure the quality and consistency of client-facing outputs such as maps, geospatial layers, and analytical summaries.
- Define validation processes, acceptance criteria, and expert-in-the-loop workflows where automation requires human oversight.
Research, Insights & Metrics
- Conduct structured user research with engineers, planners, and GIS specialists to understand real-world workflows and needs.
- Define and track product and data KPIs, using insights to guide roadmap decisions and iterations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles, including 3+ years in B2B SaaS or data/analytics products.
- Proven ability to lead products involving data ingestion, pipelines, modeling, or complex transformation workflows.
- High technical fluency—comfortable working with APIs, schemas, geospatial data, and engineering/domain-heavy contexts.
- Strong experience translating ambiguous, expert-driven workflows into clear product specifications and intuitive UX.
- Demonstrated ability to manage Agile development cycles: backlog creation, sprint planning, execution, trade-offs, and release management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Preferred:
- Experience with GIS, CAD/BIM, geospatial data, or infrastructure-related systems.
- Exposure to utilities, transportation, construction, or civil engineering workflows.
- Experience with expert-in-the-loop or hybrid automated/manual operational processes.
- Background in engineering, GIS, computer science, or another technical field.
How You Work
- Systems thinker with strong analytical instincts.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping clarity.
- Passionate about data quality, reliability, and user experience.
- Collaborative, humble, and effective at working with technical and domain experts
- Highly accountable—owning outcomes from ideation through delivery.
