Our platforms combine multi-sensor fusion, 3D imaging, and AI technologies to create complete, accurate underground maps that enable confident decision-making for customers across the built world. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.
We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $105M Series A round in February of 2024.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our team in Israel. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the strategic objectives of our company.
Job Responsibilities:
· Full-cycle recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
· Global Recruitment Strategy: Lead the recruitment efforts for Exodigo’s international expansion, focusing on hiring top talent in the USA and Europe, and scaling our operations with a diverse and highly skilled team.
· Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
· Proactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics.
· Communicate with candidates professionally and be a point of contact throughout the entire hiring process.
· Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement, and execute a custom hiring strategy.
Requirements
· 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring talent across multiple levels and departments- a must.
·Experience in a global recruitment- a must.
·Recruitment agency’s past experience- an advantage.
·Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field- a must.
·High level of English- a must.
·Ability to handle multiple tasks and critical projects simultaneously- a must.
