Our Medical Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere ’s medical operations including clinics, telemedicine and mobile services. About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to manage our Integrated Medical Centre as the Associate / Director. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and work with various managers to ensure that all aspects of the centre's operations comply with industry standards and regulations such as:
  • Ensure the Centre's facilities and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
  • Ensure that all Ministry of Health (MOH) required regulatory and legal compliance related to confidentiality, patient safety etc is adhered to.
  • Establish and implement equipment use and failure to function policies and regular maintenance of equipment
  • Ensure that the Centre is compliant with critical safety standards that are complied with eg fire, Health and Safety, emergency planning, legal compliance, accreditation, licensing and certification.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, healthcare professionals, and suppliers.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the centre and increase client engagement.
• Manage and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to deliver the highest standards of service to clients.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
• Manage financial performance, including revenue generation, cost control, and budget management of the centre.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on the centre's performance.

About you:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare management or a related skillset is a must with at least 5 years’ experience in a leadership and management role. Prior track record of managing large scale projects (or leading a team from zero to one) is advantageous.
• Proven ability to motivate and manage a team of healthcare professionals.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and suppliers.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote a healthcare facility.
• Possess financial management skills, including revenue generation, cost control, and budget management.
• A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
