Our General Health Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a hybrid team of operations and healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere’s medical operations including Online & Offline GP services, mobile clinic, health screening and radiology services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.

We are seeking a responsible and service-oriented Clinic Assistant to provide day-to-day operational and clinical support in our GP clinics. You will support a smooth patient journey across registration, dispensing, billing, clinical procedures, inventory and clinic readiness while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and patient service.

· Manage patient registration, appointments, front desk enquiries and payment collection.

· Dispense medications and medical consumables accurately as prescribed, and support safe medication handling and counter-checking processes.

· Maintain accurate patient records, results, billings and invoices in the Clinic Management System (CMS), and support TPA, corporate and government subsidy workflows.

· Assist doctors during medical examinations and treatments and conduct basic clinic procedures such as Visual Acuity and ECG after competency training.

· Support weekly cycle counts, stock receiving, expiry monitoring and periodic stock takes for medications and consumables.

· Maintain clinic cleanliness, infection-control standards, opening/closing readiness and the security of medications, cash, patient records and equipment.

· Work collaboratively with the clinic team and support cross-deployment to other clinics when required for operational continuity.

· Prior customer-facing, healthcare or clinic experience is preferred; candidates with strong service experience and willingness to learn may also be considered.

· Able to work rostered shifts over a 5.5-day, 44-hour work week, including weekends and public holidays according to clinic operating requirements.

· Good communication and patient-service skills, including the ability to remain calm and escalate appropriately when handling difficult situations.

· Computer literate and comfortable learning multiple systems, including CMS, Google Workspace, TPA and government subsidy portals.

· Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy when handling medications, patient records, claims, billing and cash.

· Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a small clinic team.

· Trained and competent in conducting Treadmill ECG and Spirometry. (DA Piccadilly Grand)

· Certified in Phlebotomy, with experience performing blood collection independently. (DA Piccadilly Grand)

· Previous GP clinic experience or familiarity with TPA, CHAS, MediSave and other government healthcare schemes.

· Competency in ECG, Visual Acuity, specimen collection or other basic clinic procedures.

· A start-up attitude — you take full ownership of what you do, put the best tools (AI included) to work to move faster, and you're happy to step out of your comfort zone and take on new challenges.

· Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to learn — you experiment with AI to work smarter, not just harder, because we're not done growing, and heading into uncharted territory is part of the fun.

· Build broad primary-care experience across patient service, clinic operations, government schemes, corporate workflows and health screening.

· Structured onboarding and competency development, with opportunities to broaden clinical and operational skills.
