We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere ’s medical operations including clinics, telemedicine and mobile services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.

About the role:

We are seeking a responsible and service-oriented Clinic In-Charge to oversee the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and efficient clinic management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both administrative and clinical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Supervision

  • Provide guidance and on-the-job training to new or junior clinic staff
  • Supervise daily tasks to ensure adherence to clinic protocols and standards
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to maintain high-quality service
  • Support staff development through knowledge sharing and mentoring

Front Desk & Patient Management

  • Manage patient registration and front desk duties efficiently
  • Schedule and coordinate medical appointments
  • Dispense medications and medical consumables as prescribed
  • Collect payments and issue receipts accurately

Administrative & System Management

  • Ensure accurate and error-free data entry into the Clinic Management System (CMS)
  • Responsible for generating correct billings/invoices
  • Handle daily cash collection and reconcile with CMS records

Clinical Assistance

  • Assist the doctor during medical examinations and treatments
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during clinical procedures
  • Conduct basic medical test such as Visual Acuity Test, Electrocardiogram Test etc

Inventory & Stock Control

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment
  • Conduct monthly stock-taking of medications and consumables

Clinic Maintenance & Compliance

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic clinic environment at all times
  • Ensure adherence to infection control, health, and safety standards

Security & Safety

  • Ensure the clinic premises are secure at all times, including opening and closing procedures
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activity or security incidents promptly
  • Safeguard medications, cash, patient records, and clinic equipment

About you

  • Minimum 3-4 years of related clinic supervisory role. Experience in staff supervision or team leadership is a plus
  • Proficiency in Clinic Management System (CMS), Third Party Administrator (TPA) claims and Government subsidies
  • Able to work on rostered shifts, which includes some weekends and public holidays
  • Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Computer Literacy is required
