Our General Health Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere ’s medical operations including clinics, telemedicine and mobile services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.

About the role

We are seeking an Executive, Provider Management who will regularly engage with our network of providers, someone who is able to communicate effectively between internal stakeholders and external parties (Eg. Doctors, mental health counselors, nutritionists) to expand our network base and ensure good service quality. The role also requires you to identify and explore opportunities to build AI-assisted capabilities into existing Provider Management workflows and processes.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, demonstrates high adaptability and is an independent team player who can collaborate cross-functionally. Someone who thrives in a challenging, fast paced environment, optimistic and is keen to establish rapport whilst managing our group of healthcare providers.

This role reports directly to the Medical Director, General Health Services.

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
● Support and assist the Manager to complete the credentialing process, and onboarding and offboarding of providers.

● Act as the primary contact for panel providers under the network while always maintaining high professionalism and discerning communication.
● To assist in sourcing Healthcare professionals by identifying new and creative channels for recruitment.
● Prepare a monthly analysis report of providers’ performance. Monitor and work with respective stakeholder to ensure KPI met for the Teleconsult
calls.
● Assist on creation and maintenance of the panel provider profile database.
● Assist in investigations and complaints resolution in relation to any patient
feedback or escalation case related to panel providers.
● Perform routine reviews on provider credentials and medical license updates.
● Any other adhoc duties assigned when appropriate.

About you

● Any relevant discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Healthcare,Specialist or General Practitioners’ clinic Practice
● Display the capacity for critical thinking
● Excellent communicator and people-oriented person who enjoys teamwork and working in a collaborative environment
● You are competent with Excel/Google Workspace tools
● You have unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
● Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
● Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper growth environment would be a bonus
● A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required
● Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there's always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
