About the role

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in driving our hiring efforts across Malaysia and the region. You’ll partner closely with business leaders and People Partners to design and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

This role is based in Malaysia and reports directly to the Manager, Talent Acquisition

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Singapore and selected regional roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Partner with business leaders and People Partners to understand team structures, workforce needs, and future growth plans.
  • Design and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract diverse, high-caliber talent across Southeast Asia.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through recruitment metrics and insights.
  • Build strong external networks through partnerships with universities, professional communities, and industry events.
  • Enhance the candidate experience and strengthen DA’s employer brand across online and offline channels.
  • Collaborate on regional initiatives related to recruitment operations, systems, and process improvements.

About you

  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, good to have 1–2 years of team leadership or mentorship experience.
  • Proven track record hiring across functions and levels, including senior roles.
  • Experience in regional (APAC or SEA) hiring is highly preferred.
  • Experience in hiring for Medical Services related is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with limited resources proactive and solutions-driven.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Hands-on, data-oriented, and passionate about building teams that make an impact.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • A growth mindset — willing to learn, experiment, and continuously improve.
  • A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
